Education Fund

Education Fund

Since the inception in 2015, the Education Fund has successfully closed investment capital from private investors to finance two preparatory high schools in California. Since then, the parent organization has grown its investments to acquire additional private schools across the US. Currently, 100% of the graduating seniors are accepted to universities and colleges. The capital raising team was able to work closely with the project sponsor to capitalize the acquisition and renovation of the schools. Aside from the fund’s financial objectives, the management team was able to align fundamental values of our investors to the greater social good – investing in educations is an investment of the future.

Vision & Mission

Our Vision

Unlock the power of finance to develop world-class academic facilities that prepare students with active and creative minds.

.

Our Mission

The Education fund is setup to raise private capital from social entrepreneurs who values academic achievements. We view success not only through the schools’ balance sheet but, also knowledge creation, and through brokering students to new and empowering connections in the world we live in.

The Project

The project includes the acquisition, renovation and reorganization of two preparatory schools’ real estate and soft assets. The facilities consisted of approximately 120,000 square feet of class rooms, dorms, cafeteria, assemblies and administrative offices that are allowed the schools to expand their enrollment capacity to 1400 of day and board students. Today, students come from different parts of the world to develop their skills and value of community involvement, leadership, and personal responsibility.
